Can I modify or cancel an order?
As inkup's production flow is automatic so that the order is delivered as quickly as possible, no changes or cancellations are possible after confirmation. As orders are personalized, any change implies the creation of a new product. Therefore, make sure that the preview generated matches the product you wish to receive.
How can I see the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in the «My Account» area, in the «Orders» section.
I am dissatisfied with my product. Can I make a return?
If you are dissatisfied with the final product, contact us within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving your order so that we can try to resolve the problem. If you still wish to request a return and refund, we will refund the amount paid upon receipt of the product in question. My product's colors are not what I expected
It is normal that certain tones do not have the same representation when comparing the print on a screen, or even on different screens. Printing is based on a subtractive color system, typically using CMYK inks and depositing them. Screens rely on an additive color system with RGB colors and are represented through light emission. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that the printed colors will be exactly the same as those you envision on the screen. If you still suspect that the color change is due to a possible printing error, do not hesitate to contact us so that our technicians can analyze it.
Damages caused by transport
If, upon receiving your order, you notice that the packaging is damaged, we recommend that you reject it with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Top priority will be given for a new order to be shipped.
What payment methods are available? Is it safe to purchase on the website?
You can make your payment by MBWay, VISA and Mastercard cards or PayPal securely. Security is guaranteed by operators through payment management systems with SSL data encryption certification. inkup does not access or collect your banking details. The order will be processed after payment confirmation.
